    image.jpeg Hi,

Just wondering if anyone can offer any advice. I recently had some damp proofing completed and decorated my home before putting any skirting back on.

The time has come to put skirting back on and I have a huge problem that some of it does not fit the wall anymore as its way out and a joiner I had in wouldn't touch it.

Is this a problem a decent joiner could sort out or is there anything else I should do?

    Thanks in advance.

Looks the walls been replastered....badly, get your decorator back as well I can feel the draught between those wallpaper joins.

That skirting board will push back to the wall easy enough, will need mechanical fixing though.

As Phil said a mechanical fitting will hold it back ok but can you live with a concaved wall. The curve will not notice so much once the furniture is put back in the room.
