Woah woah woah, someone has been nicking my pictures off my phone, thats my job, I do loads of these each year, I remember this one as I had to get a wriggle on and got this one done inside a week. On my own. Only using a 4 rung stepladder.
that's an odd combination of words, all of which I understand individually but when used in the order you have here the meaning of your comment is a little confusing your pic shows the pre modernisation facade of St Pancras station
Put, should be out, . Top of the class for working it out, especially as your about as far from it as you could be in the UK.
JJ you nicked my design and sold it to the arabs, I designed the one in UK but you built the one in Dubai...
I used to keep an office on Folgate St, and have had more than a few years working around London - it is a fairly iconic building so I take no credit for naming it.
You not wrong, it's one of my favourite building, its a pity we don't build them like that anymore, instead of the ugly monstrosity we build today, like that thing in Joiners post.
I was lucky enough to spend a few days wandering around the innards of the old hotel many moons ago, well before the recently completed works were even contemplated - it was in quite a sorry state internally, as was the entire Kings Cross area. The adjacent British Library illustrates your point about not building like that any more, such an uninspiring building which looks more like a correction facility than the home all printed knowledge
