    Then again that could be his girl/boyfriend in the pic with him as it may be his fetish :(

    At least it wold lessen a fire risk, although there is plenty of sand to extinguish a fire ;) ;)

    I think it's much more likely to be medium voltage (as we used to say).

    If you follow IEC60038 then the sign should say Danger Low Voltage.
