    Hello to all,

Really would appreciate any help with this one!

My ground floor window is dripping water from the inside, suspect water is coming in from the outside but not clear exactly how/ where from as house is brick-built, with pebble dash on top and rendering over the top of that -

Windows are aluminium with wooden frame - water is dripping from plaster at the top

Never leaked before now (to my knowledge anyway) but given the appalling weather of late I suspect it's just highlighted an already-existing weakness that the lashing wind and rain have exploited??

Would appreciate anyone more experienced than the average DIY-er (builder ideally and/ or window fitter) who can come out to East Berks/ West London borders asap and take a look plus quote me for the work/ reassure me that the plaster isn't going to come crashing down....soon :/

    Best wishes
