   how do I locate where to put the screew holes for a kitchen draw front which isnt pre marked?

   Where you think it looks about right?
   
   Unless, it has to match other units then you level across and make sure they are all in line . No other units, then down to you but be consistent, perhaps diagonal line from top corners to bottom corners and drill where lines intersect.
