Thanks for the tip thats something I've learnt today! And I can make a banana loaf with the bananas coz really ripe ones are best for that.
Mrs Tom plum in the making. I didn't know about the banana tip, but then again I'm rubbish at gardening, I even have Astro turf.
Bananas give off a pherome or something that makes fruit ripen or over ripen so should always be stored away from the fruit bowl.
I'm gonna use the banana trick and buy some pears. I like my pears really ripe and warmed with really cold cream and just a slight hint of Cinnamon.
