Low voltage garden lighting

    Yeah loads of jokers on here but very amusing!!!
    I started to look at some LED lights but not always clear what's got a driver in and what hasn't. I'll find a decent supplier and just get all the stuff from one place so I know it all goes together. In the meantime I can get some cabling done and plan to put it in flexible conduit and most of it will be buried in gravel beds.

    Thanks for the help so far.

    (It's OK DA I was just having a bad week!!)

    As far as I'm aware, Part P now only requires that new circuits, board changes and any work within zones be notified.
    Unless the OP intends installing a new circuit to power the ELV lighting, there is no requirement to notify.

    Wow! So they've actually simplified something?!
    Even I might be able to understand it now. Do you think they realised it was so complcated that it was open to all sorts of different interpretations. Pity about Wales though.
