Mac help

Every time I open a new window it scrolls to the end of the page, I scroll back up and it does it again,
I am having to hold the mouse clicker down to stop it.

Any ideas

 

Thanks craig, I did suspect the mouse, unplugged it, seems ok at the moment.

 

Now my speaker on the mac has just stopped working.

Any ideas?

Yes the volumes up

 

*** I must be getting old, hit the mute button.
I am surprised I manage to get out of bed in the morning.
