    Hi,

I am looking for some advice. I am about to lay approx. 70+square metres of patio in natural stone, and due to the size I like the idea of some of the patio jointing compounds. The issue I have is that I am also using the same stone to face a few small walls, and I want the wall pointing to match the patio joints, or at least as close a possible.

The patio jointing compounds that I can find brush in easily & with little mess which is great, but obviously I can't brush this into a vertical wall. has anyone got any advice or suggestions on how I can ensure, or at least as close as possible match a standard pointing mix to the patio jointing compound appearance?

For clarification I will likely go for a Buff patio jointing compound. Obviously if I end up using a grey compound then this becomes a little less of an issue.

Any help or advice would be much appreciated.

    G.
