Mcalpine shower waste

    Hi all


    After watching a vid on you tube UH

    It shows he has a rubber washer under the tray and a washer on the top.

    I haven't got a rubber washer for the top, do I need one? The plan was just to silicone In.

    Do you recommend a washer for the top?

    Any advice would be great, just want to cover all areas

    Never had a top washer on all the ones I've done either.
    I normally put a bit of silicone on both faces of the bottom washer and a bit for the top piece.
    Never had a leak yet.:)
