Hi all, we're in the process of renovating our home and with the downstairs ceiling currently stripped back have noticed that there are patches of mould in various places (pictures attached).
The house was in a bad state and I know at some point there was a flood from the water tank in the loft which required dehumidifiers to be run for several months. So I guess it's no surprise, I'm just not sure if it's something I should hire some professionals to deal with or if I can just wipe it off and hope for the best. The other half is prone to allergies so she's now getting worried about it.

Anyone have any recommendations about best course of action?
