Bought new build there is November, had a lot of cracks since then which i know is the norm. We just had it painted white all round on the cheap as I knew it would be needing redone.. Wife wants to buy expensive paint for downstairs, are we safe enough or could there possibly be more cracks...?
Work in a timber frame bungalalow have to agree with astramax it's moving all the time. Any leaks or damp can be an issue also. not sure how you repaired the cracks but I have heard its best to use a flexible filler.
Yea, walls and ceilings, I've did one room and will see how it goes, filled cracks using flexi filler. House was finished before christmas..
