Pick pocketing was rife on London during the Olympics but it was never reported

 

Olympics, it's like watching the whole school singing for hours when all your interested in, is watching your own child.
The 100m/200m sprints is the only part of worth watching.

 

At the London Olympics, working on the car parks here at Weymouth & Portland. Dead handy,as I had been made redundant a few months before. Three months of work,then one week later I was 65 so was drawing my pension(s). It really couldn't have worked out better for me. I would have liked to have worked in Rio, but I don't know the Portuguese for : " Yon can't park your ****in' llama there mate!"

 

Judo for me, but I'm not inspired with what I've seen so far.

 

Hats off to the Filipino divers though.
They've been nothing short of magnificent.

Here in Derby, the local rag is telling me that Adam Peaty comes from Derby (he actually comes from Uttoxeter) They're now going to ask him about designing an Olympic size swimming pool for the city. Hmmm well that'll be 50m long and have around 8 lanes then. It'll be oblong in shape and full of water. (probably unheated knowing our tight a***d council)
