Could anyone offer advice on installing a Neff combi oven above a Neff single oven in a tall unit without using a shelf in between. By using a shelf it left a gap of 20mm, which isn't like the picture in the brochure.
Bengiz, Firstly, make sure the shelf that fits between the 2 appliances is set at the correct height. The appliance manufacturers instructions will state an aperture size (probably around 580mm). If the shelf is set too high, the oven will fit ok but obviously the gap between the 2 appliances will be bigger and you will see the edge of the shelf. Secondly, if you have the correct aperture size for the oven, you can buy an additional self adhesive Black strip that you can stick to the front edge of the visible shelf to hide the existing colour. The strips are available from Neff, or you could probably order one from who ever you got the 2 appliances from. Unfortunately, it is not advisable to try and install a Combi Microwave directly on top of a Single Oven. The shelf is there for good reason. Hope this helps! Snezza.
