    (You've clearly been looking on here a wee while... :rolleyes: )



    Anyways, assuming you are 'real' and that first pic was your work (which looks awesome), then I'd have thought that there are all sorts of excellent water-based paints available these days for your kind of work?

    If you must stick with oil, then it's been said above - ventilation and heat.

    Possibly - but the likes of Astra will hopefully confirm - you add add stuff like 'Flo-summat' to make paint more easy to use, and perhaps it'll aid drying too?

    Wrong strength of heat will make oil paint dry 'plasticky'.
    Mild temp air best.

  15. That's a good point, Mr Ha. Yep, oil paint needs to be able to dry evenly - if it forms an outer skin too quickly, I guess it could slow down the full curing.
