    Hi All,

What type of paint would be suitable for painting a fibreglass garage door?
Would standard outdoor gloss be OK? or will it need something that can flex a bit more?

    TIA
    Syd.

I think try spray painting the door. Spray painting is easy to do and also looks good on garage door. Me and my sister spray painted our garage door last year. We painted it in two tone. It would show two different pattern and design, every time you open or close it.:)

  5. Eh? Photo needed... :D

Wash door with sugar soap solution, rinse off and let dry, apply one coat of Zinsser Bullseye 123, undercoat with Dulux Weathershield quick drying u/coat and finish with Dulux Weathershield quick drying Satin. All water based flexable products.

  13. That'll totally wreck Jaric's painting

Hey,, me and my sister have painted the door without any professional help. though we have taken inspiration from the so called "door overlays", but the paint and details are completely true.
And yes it is not a act of photoshop.
Is it a crime to paint a same design on your door?Come on guys.

If you look closely, you can see that the color which I used are darker in shade than the overlays. The reason behind it is we required more amount of color so we mix a small amount of black color in it, as we were short on money.
