   I'd like to paint over the bricks on an internal feature brick wall. They are varnished. What is the best paint to use and do I need to sand them thoroughly or just a bit? Thanks in anticipation.

   Google 'BEDEC BARN PAINT' go straight over the wall no prep at least 2 coats.
