    Wall area

    10.5 x 2.5 = 26.25m2
    10.5 x 2.5 = 26.25m2
    5.6 x 2.5 = 14m2
    5.6 x 2.5 = 14m2

    Total wall area = 80.5m2

    Plasterboard area
    = 2.44 x 1.22 = 2.98m2

    No of plasterboards = 80.5m2/2.98m2 = 27 boards

    + 10% = 2.7 boards

    Total no of boards (with 10% wastage) = 30 boards

    Ceiling

    10.5 x 5.6 = 58.8m2

    Plasterbaord = 58.8m2/2.98m2 = 19.9 boards

    + 10% = 1.99 boards

    Total no of boards (with 10% wastage) = 22 boards

    Total no of boards (wall and ceiling) = 30 + 22 = 52 boards

    Due to the ceiling height being 2.5 you will need more than 27 boards for the walls, unless you leave them 100mm off the floor covering the gap with a skirting board.

    think the 10% wastage is to allow for that.
