Forum Support posting pics

    Why can't I no longer post pics, if I click upload file, it just sits there doing nothing, has worked in the past????

    Have cleared cookies and logged out and back in.

    its never worked for me, if i upload from there it always says " file too big" so i use photopucket and copy the url of the picture,

    Hi

    It should not be a file size issue as the setting set on massive, but please advise the file size and type and any details of error messages you are getting and what type of device you are using.

    I will look in to it.

    Phil - this happened to me a while back. I ran CC cleaner and it worked OK after that (using Google Chrome browser)

    Hi Peter

    If I click the upload file box it brings up the choose file box, click that and nothing, it hurts sits there. I'm using an Android tablet.

    Try right-clicking it, look at 'Properties'. See if it says something about files downloaded from tne internet blocked. Unblock.

    Works from my phone. :):) means a problem with my tablet. :':)'(

    ah its a tablet - the browser may not have all the dependencies needed for the sf site and may not run windows executables either - CC cleaner (depending on what tablet you have)
