    Hi

I'm installing a TV and sound bar on wall and wondering what's the best way to run power. There's a double socket nearby where I planned to take a spur from to a double socket behind the tv - trouble is, there's no space for 3 pin plugs with the slim TV bracket... Would 20 amp fused switch work ok?

    Thanks....

Yes, fused connection unit (spur) with 3 amp fuse will be ok.

Would this work for the two appliances? So TV (5A) and Soundbar (3A) into FCU spurred into double socket?

5 amp fuse will probably cope with them both ok.

Thanks Seneca. Didn't know if you could run two appliances through FCU or not....

If there's no room for socket/plug, are you gonna have enough room to get your hand there to switch it on/off ?

    Mr. HandyAndy - Really

The tv and soundbar will have their own on/off switches Handy so there will be no need to operate the fcu switch.
