   Can anybody recomend a good conservatory roof leak fix sealant?
   
   It seems to be coming in from a Velux type window, probably the mastic has been compromised. If there is something clear that I can squirt around the frame and window joint to seal and waterfroof it.

   Clear CT1 it seals underwater google it most builders merchants can source it but costs about £12-£15 a tube but is an excellent product

   Stixall, sticks & seals most things including underwater & in the rain, available white, clear & black & others I think.Can only be used inside as a sealant though.
