I have just visited a property where one discharge pipe from an unvented cylinder is tee'd in below the tundish. This is from the inlet/combination valve (prv). I know technically this should be situated above the tundish, but due to the citing of the valve it would have been impossible. I have advised the customer that it should be moved and they have declined. My question is then would it cause any harm to leave as is?

If you've got an unvented ticket? Then surely you'd know.
