    Hi,

I have just bought a new home that has a Pyronix Paragon Super Alarm and the old owner (Landlord) does not know the code his tenant used so I need the engineer code to reset the system...

    Can anyone help?

Have a look on the internet for the installation manual, assuming you've not got one already. It may tell you how to reset the code by removing the cover and following a certain procedure. Had a similar problem not so long ago, installation manual explained how to reset the code. Not to dampen things but I ended up replacing the main panel for a new one because I ended up pushing my luck with it doing something I shouldn't have. There's always the possibility the code is still set to 1234 or some other simple factory designated code. It's worth inputting codes like 0000, 0123 etc. Either way, you could do with an operators manual, assuming you get it working!
