Quickest pathway to obtain an nvq for a skilled cscs?

    I've been working private/ site for just over two years now with a level three site carpentry/joinery diploma. Though the CSCS card I currently use is only a trainee. It gets me work but there are lots of opportunities lost because of simply not having a blue CSCS skilled workers card. Any idea of how i could obtain this without having to lug through a two year apprenticeship course?

    Do I take it that you have the level three qualification? Apply for the gold card (not the blue one)

    Hi
    Yes I do have a level 3 but it is only a diploma so I can't request for a blue card. Let alone, a gold.
    As an NVQ is required to obtain those cards.
