    Hi,

We are just about to lay foundations today and we're expecting weather tonight of -1

We have been told that we can add antifreeze to our concrete mix to prevent any frost damage, however we do not know the ratio of antifreeze to put in!

Could anyone advise....we need to get this completed TODAY!!!)

You won't need antifreeze for foundations the cold won't go that deep.
Just cover the concrete with sheets of ply or hessian or plastic, anything to prevent frost on the surface.
Even if the surface does get affected by frost just scrape it away to the solid concrete underneath (when dry obviously!)
