    Hi

I have got this room plastered and also have had T+G installed.

Should I wait before the flooring/skirting boards are down before I begin to paint?

    Cheers

Ideal to paint now before finish floor and woodwork goes on walls, far easier and quicker to use the roller without worrying about paint splash and no cutting in at skirting level.

If you do paint before skirtings, don't put a heavy coat of paint on where skirtings are going as you may loose adhesion if bonding them on. Try and paint just below skirting line. You will still need to 'cut in' after fixing skirting anyway as mr caulk will need to make an appearance :)

Looking at that it's a great time to paint. I take it the electrical supply is off hence no facing plates to consider ?

I do have access to power if I want. As I do have a few face plates that are installed.
