I'm taking a old brick wall down tomorrow, it's a single brick stretcher bond, I want to take it all down and build it back up, but this time increase the width. Only thing is there isn't a footing to build a bigger width wall. What mix should I be using for the footing? and how deep should I be going? and how long to set!

Thank you very much in advance!

    How high is the wall??

This will determine the depth of the footings, but the very minimum will be what ever the existing footing is.

Mix wise used all in ballast mixed at a ratio of 5.1

I would say about a meter high.
Not too sure what current footings are.. I'm guessing 300ml?

How did you guess at 300mm ???

At a metre high I would be looking at a footing 300mm wide, 300mm deep.
