Are you referring to Titan ICBM's? USA decommissioned them in 1982 and we never had any, I am pretty sure.
Or are you referring to our Armed Forces?

 

Have you seen the weather forecast for Syria ?? Bloody dire so it is. There's supposed to be some typhoons and tornados heading their way tonight.

 

Seeing as Cyprus is opposite Syria does anyone know how they flew to Iraq before today?
Did they overfly Turkey or go South?
Akrotiri is like an aircraft carrier lying off the coast of Syria which is as well as we don't have an aircraft carrier.
Surely they could have kept Illustrious until the new carriers are ready.

One thing is certain. Intervention by the UK isn't going to help. The americans have flown 3000 bombing missions over Syria in the past year and has had no effect.

What we know now is that a few years ago Cameron was gonna bomb assad and help the rebels. Now he's gonna bomb the rebels and help assad.
At least if he stays on that course it will avoid conflict with Russia and Iran.

Mean while the home grown terrorists and rebels in the UK and Europe will be plotting their next atrocity. And merkel has her arms open for millions more to join. As the UK is now unleashing more bombs over Syria it will be obliged to allow in even more refugees and rebels.

 

A few years ago left wing commentators were welcoming the "arab spring" . What their gonna get is the implosion of islam and the collateral damage it causes the rest of the world.
