Run New Light Into Loft From Existing Ceiling Rose

    I’m in the process of flooring the loft and wanted to add a light (maybe two) and switch from an existing ceiling rose in the bedroom below using T&E 1mm, I’ve watched this video which I found very useful, but wanted to confirm my understanding is correct, here’s a clip diagram from the video and pic below of my understanding:

    Would this be correct?

    Yes as long as you do not want the new lights to be controlled by the switch for the rose pictured.

    Your new cable will go from the rose pictured to one of the new ceiling roses using the same set of terminals in both.
    Then run a cable to the new switch as shown in the link.
    You then have to run a cable from the same set of terminals used for the lamp flex to the second rose and connect to the same terminals again in the second rose.
