Need to buy a small hand held electric sander ( cheap one ) for small area of floor boards. Which sander would be ok to use.? Thanks in advance for your help Sharon
This for such a small area. http://www.screwfix.com/p/titan-ttb594sdr-sheet-sander-240v/84276 Our hosts sell a selection on of 1/2 sheets for the sander. http://www.screwfix.com/p/flexovit-...ium-oxide-230-x-115mm-80-grit-pack-of-5/5347f
As Astra says, if you want to spend more money, but for a one-off job, then I would go with Kiab's advice.
I was in casualty unit a few months ago, there a chap with a lovely gash in his hand, he had been using a rotary orbitial sander, when he tilted it, & the edge of the spinning sanding disc sliced into his hand.
Thanks for all your information. Taken Kiabs advice and purchased TT13594SDR. Its small enough for me to control, and not expensive. Good reviews so went for it. Thanks Sharon
