Just bought a tub of this to skim coat a cement render in my utility room. The consistency was like milk....Previously I have used Blue Hawk ready mix which is more like butter and easy to apply and float off. Have I got a duff batch or am I missing something? Thanks.
That was my first thought, but no it's like a tub of wall emulsion...only thinner! Like cheap yogurt. You can't pick it up with a trowel...It would have to be brushed on....
Take it back. Try a different product. Read some of the reviews, more back up what you say, than those who managed to use it with any success. Mr. HandyAndy - Really
