Screwfix QuickShop App Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

1. The Prize is £1,000 worth of Dewalt products (DeWalt DCK697M3-GB 18V 4.0Ah Li-Ion XR Cordless 6 Piece Power Tool Kit , DeWalt XR DCR020-GB Compact DAB Radio 240V , DeWalt D25033-SFGB 2kg SDS Plus Hammer Drill 240V , DeWalt DW331K 701W Jigsaw 240V)



2. Entry: Entrants will be automatically entered in to the Prize Draw every time that they use the QR Code function of the Screwfix QuickShop App to place an order at the till in a Screwfix Trade Counter. Purchases must be made between 07:00 on Monday 8 February 2016 and 16:00 on Sunday 6 March 2016 to be entered in to the Prize Draw.


3. Each individual transaction will be entered separately in to the Prize Draw – so the more transactions you make, the greater chance you have of winning.


4. One winner from all the entries will be randomly selected by Screwfix’s Company Secretary in the week commencing 7 March 2016, and the winner will be notified by Screwfix within 48 hours to arrange collection of the Prize. The winner will have to provide proof of identity upon collection.


5. The Prize Draw is open to all UK residents (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years old and over, except for employees of Screwfix and their immediate families, their associated and affiliated companies, their agents or anyone else connected professionally with the Prize Draw or Screwfix.

6. No cash or credit alternative is available and the Prize is non-transferable. If Screwfix cannot contact the winner within one weeks of the date the draw is made, this may result in forfeiture of the Prize and Screwfix reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with these terms and conditions. If the winner does not collect the Prize within one month then this may result in forfeiture of the Prize and Screwfix reserves the right to select an alternative winner in accordance with these terms and conditions. The winner cannot return the products for a refund or credit – although Screwfix will provide a repair or replacement if a product is faulty. The Prize is subject to availability, and Screwfix reserves the right to substitute any part(s) of the prize for products of equivalent value.


7. The decision of Screwfix will be final and unchallengeable and, in their absolute discretion, they may declare void any entry or the Prize Draw itself. Screwfix may also decide, in their absolute discretion, to change the rules of the Prize Draw while it is running if it appears to them that it would be equitable or desirable to do so. Screwfix reserves the right to withdraw the Prize Draw at any time if circumstances make this necessary.


8. Screwfix may promote the Prize Draw and the winner by email and also on social media (including Facebook and Twitter). Screwfix reserves the right to require the winner to participate in publicity events in relation to this Prize Draw. In particular, Screwfix may publish the winner’s name and hometown, photographs and footage of winners with the Prize.
