#SCREWFIXMAS PRIZE DRAW – TERMS AND CONDITIONS (29 November - 21 December 2015)

1. To enter, you must download the Screwfix QuickShop App from Apple App Store or Google Play (for free) and then create your own personal ‘wish list’ of products on the app. Then, take a screenshot of your wish list and share that image on Screwfix Facebook page or Twitter (using hashtag #SCREWFIXMAS). No purchase is necessary.



2. The Prize Draw can be entered between 00.01 on 29 November and 23:59 on 21 December 2015. There is one prize draw for each day between those dates. One winner from all the entries received before 23.59 on each day will be drawn at random by the Screwfix company secretary on each next working day. Entries made on previous days will also be re-entered in to subsequent draws.



3. The Prize for each day will be the Screwfix products shown on the winner’s wish list – up to a maximum of £500 of Screwfix products. No cash or credit or gift vouchers will be offered and the winner cannot return the products for a refund or credit – although Screwfix will provide a repair or replacement if a product is faulty. All products on the wishlist are subject to availability, and Screwfix reserves the right to substitute any prize for one of equivalent value.



4. The prize draw winner will be notified by social media the day that each draw is made. If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the date of the draw, then another winner will be chosen at random. The Prize can be collected by the winner from a Screwfix store of their choice. They will need to provide identification to collect their goods. A list of the winners’ Christian names and county will be available on request from the Company Secretary of Screwfix Direct Limited.



5. Only one entry per person per day is permitted but you can submit a new wish list every day. The new wish list does not need to be the same as the previous day’s wish list. Use of multiple identities and email addresses are not permitted. Use of automated entries or competition entry programs is prohibited and all such entries will be disqualified.



6. The prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain only and to persons aged eighteen (18) years or over. Employees of Screwfix and their families are not eligible to enter. Screwfix reserves the right not to accept entries in cases where there is any evidence of fraud or where they are in breach of these T&Cs. .



7. Winners may be required to take part in publicity which may include a photograph of the winner receiving their prize, and other social media or press coverage at Screwfix’s discretion.



8. By entering, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them. This agreement is governed by the laws of England.



9. Any personal data collected relating to the winner and the entrants will be used solely in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and Screwfix's privacy policy (found at www.screwfix.com/privacy).



10. Where the identity of the winner is disputed, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the registered Facebook or Twitter account owner at the time of entry to the Prize Draw. Screwfix’s decisions in relation to the Prize Draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter is Screwfix Direct Limited of Trade House Mead Avenue Yeovil BA22 8RT.



11. Screwfix does not accept responsibility for lost, interrupted or unavailable network service or other connections. Incomplete entries will be disqualified. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter, and neither Facebook nor Twitter shall be liable for any losses whatsoever arising from this prize draw.



12. Screwfix reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate this Prize Draw at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
