Shower Pump losing pressure.

    That looks like a Westco warix flange to me but what you say makes no sense.

    The side outlet should go to the domestic hot water and vent to cold water tank, the centre outlet should go to your shower pump hot input.

    If your "bottom pipe" is the side exit pipe, then it shouldn't be going to your shower pump, thats where the centre pipe should be going to. And if the centre pipe is going to your shower cold input, then both your pump inputs are hot water!!

    Flange has been piped up wrong

    You will see that the pump feed should be teed off the center of the flange not the top.

    The photo shows both connections of the HW tank via the flange- these pipes will both be hot water...as it show the hot water draw off of the cylinder with a flange to prevent air ingress to the shower pump.....where has the cold feed been teed into..as it should have been direct to the cold water tank to the pump...

    Time to call in a CIPHE RP - that's a professional qualified plumber
