Silver Kickboards

As you've probably found out, you wont be able to buy this board from any of the major sheds

Try your local directory and look for a kitchen/bedroom manufacturer, usually a few on local trading estates
They will have a huge range of board colours to choose from, silver included (often used inside drawer packs)
Will be able to cut to size for you if needed, I would imagine

 

Go for stainless steel, never affect by water,like mdf,wood, so can't rot, you can get matt, satin & mostly likely gloss finishes.
Several styles available either like that below in link or flat sheet 150mm x 3mtr or 4mtr lengths, & you get joiners, end caps, rounded corners,etc.

The sheds like B&Q can supply mdf back stainless effect plinth for home delivery, not available in store.

 

kitchen door workshop http://www.kitchendoorworkshop.co.uk/free-brochures-and-pricelists/ can supply a stainless steel looking plinth. Its faced onto a plastic twinwall board rather than mdf so is waterproof.
