Hi , I'm new to this forum but will get straight to the point! Has anyone got any idea of a cost to build a new intermediate sleeper wall on my subfloor. It's 3 course wide and 6 course high, I understand it should really be honeycombed now but need an idea of labour costing for this task.
    Thanks for anyone's help

    £1.00 no wait £1000.00 ??

You don't give any dimensions as to the length of the wall.

Are the floorboards up and out the way.

Is the sub-base concrete or does the wall need a foundation.

    Why 3 bricks wide??

A bit more information is needed before Your'll get a proper answer.

Sorry was really late at night , brain function abit low!
There are a series of sleeper walls in place , with the floorboards all still down, as far as I can tell at least 15 of them have collapsed . They are set at 1.5 metre intervals from the front to the back of the room and are one metre wide and roughly 60 cm high. They are on a concrete sub base that appears to be good. It would appear from first glance they all are loose but this is impossible to ascertain until the floor is lifted or rafters jacked. Hope this is enough info and apologies again.
