Fired up the SF app on my phone this morning. All fine until I pressed "back" button. Screen went white with pop-up message in German, and all locked. If I try to press back it just reloads the message. Press home and I get an Android msg that the UI has crashed. Anyone else having problems? S. Moto G running Lollipop
cant say ive ever used it mate. Just use the mobile site as its up-to-date and doesnt take up any space on the handset
Hi @simonkbike Thank you for your feedback about the app. One question, before launching the app, did you download the latest catalogue update? If anyone else is having problems on the Android, iOS or the new Windows app, please let us know. Peter
Err, I haven't heard about downloading catalogue updates; could this happen in the background? I did try uninstall & reinstall but made no difference. S.
Restart the phone, uninstall app, restart again. Then leave the app uninstalled. Mr. HandyAndy - Really
