Seeing what others would do. Would you just butt the end to the side and use the privided 3 brackets for underneath
    Or
Would you use the router as doing a rounded edge worktop and again use the brackets privided ?

Ps will be using biscuit joint,, glue and colourfill for the joint

What material is the worktop made from?

I'd most likely butt it myself, shouldn't move if biscuit and glue, chipboard anyways so as long as you seal the exposed end should be fine. But I'd butt two offcuts together first to check how happy you are with the finish.

Also depends if you can get clamps in to pull together or will tops/units be in the way, really depends on the kitchen layout how best to fix them.

Router with a No 20 biscuit joint, glue and clamp. Done tons of them. The cutter has a bearing which pre-sets the depth and the beech biscuits expand into the joint.

If it's square edge laminate then would get a router jig that does a 10mm masons mitre.
