Stack Dado

    i have a question, any idea why it is called a dado cutter?

    sorry, are we talking about housing joints? like you may find on door linings, or long grooves in timber? as where i'm from its not a common phrase.

    The Austrian group Felder apply the name "Dado" if you want that facility added as an option when you purchase one of their panel saws. But when they sell you the tooling they apply the term "grooving cutter".
