Looking for some helpful advice / tips please - Replacing the stone tiled flooring in my kitchen and hall but don't want to lay new flooring in 2 cupboards (1 toilet & 1 large walk-in pantry. What is the best method for cutting a straight edge across the floor tile under the door and with what?
So as not to see the join I was thinking of using the bottom of the door with a trim joining the Karndean to the original tile, plausible?
    Cheers Howzit

I just use a timber straight edge and a disk cutter

Little wet n dry on the cut edge makes it look like a machines edge

    Thanks Sospan
I get the timber straight edge as a guide, and running a angle grinder with a thin blade across, but how do you get a tidy job at the corners of the door posts?

I use a Mulitool / Multicut tool with a abrasive bit. Something like this. You could do the entire cut with this but it could be hard going

    Thanks for all your help
Managed a decent job with a Erbaur tile cutting disc in an angle grinder
I had about 15 mm depth, so managed to get the corners with the same tool
