What about platinum & silver, they are pure metals, so contain no iron, so can't rust.

And Strawberries are the only fruit with seed on outside, cashews are still debatable as a nut or fruit.

Many elemental metals oxidize. E.g. silver turns black as it oxidizes. You're right about platinum.

But that whole item is wrong. Rust is defined as iron oxide, therefore the only element that rusts is iron.

Not quite sure about the tongue being the only muscle attached at one end - sure there is another one ....

Thanks for the info BTLW it certainly worked, I went out into the yard, licked a galvanised bucket and had some copper pipe for tea. I feel great now.

    ...other than:
    • Negative numbers
    • Nearly all fractions (I think there was a non-standard way of writing some fractions like 1/2 in Roman numerals)
    • Very large integers (try writing a googol (10^100) in Roman numerals)
    • Any irrationals (which can't really be represented in the decimal system either without symbols e.g. square root of two, or pi)
    • Complex numbers with non-zero imaginary parts (also most quaternions)

Other than those infinite sets, yeah, zero's the only one.

This list is like that bit those wrong answers that set off the buzzer on that QI television programme.

This was me just me using an oblique reference to
in order to aim a snide comment at you.

Anyway, that "fact" seems pretty dubious too.

Glad to hear that you licked the bucket rather than kicked it.
