   Bemused New Member

   My down stairs Kitchen joists are a little too springy (they bounce when you close the fridge door). I was thinking of strapping an rsj under the joists to firm them up but am unsure as to what size to get or whether there is a better way of doing it without breaking the bank or my back! Any help gratefully received.

   Didn't know caravans had an upstairs. I told you strap a bit of 2 by 2 on it.
