I have a boiler stove on the ground floor and pump and injector T on the first floor.
The F&E is in the loft raised about 300mm above the rafters.

The f&e fills up and overflows every few weeks. And one rad collects a lot of air.

I'm thinking their might be a reversed flow around the injectorT!

Will raising the f&e to higher level (thus increasing the head) cure the problem?

Have I got the wrong forum?
Maybe I should post this in building?

Ok I've raised it by 1.3m right up to the apex of the roof. I can't go any higher now unless I raise a section of the roofing.

I'll report back in a few weeks and let you know how it goes.

Working a lot better now. Pump doesn't sound like a steam train.
    Though still some air collecting.

    Thanks for all the help.:D
