The Screwfix Foundation Raffle 2016

1. There are 25 prizes, as set out below. The first prize is a Toyota Aygo 3 Door Hatchback 1.0K Manual Car.

2. Entry into the raffle costs £1 per raffle ticket. All funds raised will be donated to The Screwfix Foundation.

3. The closing date for purchase of raffle tickets is 9 December 2016. Any money received after the closing date will be treated as a donation to The Screwfix Foundation and the tickets won’t be entered into the draw. Raffle tickets can only be purchased with either cash, debit card or a personal credit card and cannot be refunded. To purchase raffle tickets you must be aged 16 or older.

4. The prize draw date is 16 December 2016. Winners will be drawn at random by the Promoter. Winners will be drawn in order, with the first prize being the first ticket drawn, through to the last prize being the last ticket drawn.

5. All prizes are also subject to the terms and conditions of the prize provider (if applicable)

6. Winners will be notified by post, telephone or email no later than 2 weeks after the draw date. Please keep ticket or receipt as proof of purchase.

7. The Promoter accepts no liability for raffle tickets, entries, or prizes which are lost, delayed in the post, damaged, illegible or defaced or from which the winner cannot be identified, or where the winner cannot be contacted due to incorrect details being provided.

8. Where The Promoter is unable to contact a prize winner, or the prize is unclaimed for 2 weeks following the raffle, the Promoter may draw a further winner for that prize or re-offer the prize in future raffles (at the Promoter’s sole discretion). If a particular prize is unclaimed, a new winner of that particular prize will be re-drawn by the Promoter.

9. By accepting a prize, winners agree that Screwfix and The Screwfix Foundation can use the winner’s name and photograph for promotional purposes.

10. Any images shown of prizes are for illustration purposes only. The contents of the DeWalt and Bosch bundles are to be determined by the Promoter in his sole discretion.

11. Prizes are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for another of equal or greater value. Prizes are non-transferable and non-negotiable. No cash, credit or alternative prize will be given. The person named on the raffle ticket stub or Screwfix account (as applicable) will be the only person entitled to the prize. The results of the raffle draw are final, and communication about them will not be entered in to.

12. Trustees and Directors of The Screwfix Foundation are not permitted to enter the raffle.

13. A list of the winners’ Christian names and county of residence is available from the Promoter.

14. This raffle is only open to residents of the UK aged 16 or over (but unfortunately excluding residents of Northern Ireland). By entering the raffle, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

15. By entering the Competition, all competitors agree to provide their personal data as set out on the application form and such data shall be processed in accordance with the Screwfix Privacy Policy available at www.screwfix.com/privacypolicy

16. The first prize will be a Toyota Aygo 3 Door Hatchback 1.0K Manual Car up to the value of £8,000 on the road including VAT. The vehicle will have a standard Toyota warranty. The winner must arrange their own insurance, tax, servicing, fuel etc. The winner must arrange to provide the specification for their car (up to a total price On the Road of £8,000 including VAT). If the winner wants to spec the van to a specification over £8,000 OTR (including VAT) then the winner may request to pay the extra amount. Should the winner choose a vehicle of a lesser value, no alternative in monetary terms or otherwise will be offered to make up the difference. The final specification shall be subject to the Promoter’s final approval. Delivery of the car is subject to manufacturer's delivery times and the Promoter estimates that the car will then take between 8 to 12 weeks to be built and delivered (depending upon the specification). Collection of the car will be made via the winner’s local participating Toyota dealership. The winner must arrange their own motor insurance prior to taking collection of the prize. Exact delivery date and details will be confirmed with the winner.

The Screwfix Foundation is a registered charity (Charity Number 1151375, Company Number 08415662). The Screwfix Foundation acts independently from Screwfix Direct Limited.
