Tightening toilet pan?

One of the pans in my house has no fasteners into the laminate and chipboard floor 40mm beneath and so it wobbles when sat upon
The other pan has countersunk screws which seem fine. But this pan has 10mm diameter parallel holes and I'm afraid if I use countersunk screws they could stress and crack the porcelain. Seen flange head screws on SF but only up to 6 dia. And the sufficiently long ones come in high quantities (so not cheap) and I only need 2.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks

you can get pan fixing kits, screws/special plastic washers and covers for screw heads.but think twice as you don't know if cables / pipes lay beneath . I would silicone pan to floor .

I agree with Terry, have used them fixing kits in the past only to find that the pan starts moving after a while, but, once siliconed they're solid
