i have a half tiles bathroom which I'm looking to retire.one wall is partitioned with plasterboard and tiles that are solid built half way up the wall. Other side of bathroom half tile on solid brick work..

The question is I've been advised to put 9mm plaster board on on tiles ares to bring up levelish to existing tiles and then tiles will tile over existing tiles with proper tiles r adhesive

Is this ok to do this...

    Thanks

So boarding above existing tiles and then tiling/lipping onto new board? That's how I've just interpreted what you've said.

    Please tell me I'm wrong?!
