I've assumed without checking first that I should SUPER EVO-BOND (pva) my chipboard floor before tiling. Guy at topps tiles suggested I use Bal elastomeatic floor adhesive the boards are very long and form the floor for our loft conversion. Anyone tell me what might happen if anything or I should i remove upva if so how

personally I wouldn't tile straight onto the chipboard, I would use a backer board screwed to the chipboard first. Then it would be an acrylic primer on that followed by flexible adhesive.

It's not needed & will cause so much grief.
