   Hi I have a large floor to tile which half was carpeted but the entire carpeted area was glued down what would I need to do to prepare the floor for tiling. Thanks

   Scrape all the old glue off , get the floor smooth and level, work out your spacing, then your ready to go.

   yeah like he said you may want to get one of those Mutt scraper things or just sharpen up an old shovel
