Timber Frame Bungalow Erection Price?

I dont want to undercut anyone or myself.

How much should i charge for a 90m2 bungalow with 2 sets of diminishers? (sole plates, panels, head binders, roof)

(not inc fixings or crane or fascia/soffit)

I can do it with me and a mate but id prefer 3 of us if the price is right.
