Is there a time switch made that I can install in the junction box of my bathroom where my electric radiator is powered from. Thanks
One thing at a time Oliver.. But I'm intrigued extension, I need to know why it only got hot at the bottom!
Can you describe th Junction box a lettle better please? Does it look a bit like a light switch? Does it have a fuse in it?
I think the rad needs topping up with water. Junction box where power lead goes into wall you mean cable outlet?
Yes, can I fit a timeswitch at the cable outlet Have a look at this: http://www.diydata.com/electrics/bathroom_electrics/bathroomelectrics.php

Thanks Jimbo thats excactley what i require So Mich, looking at the diagram link I gave you, where is this timer going to sit? (what zone)
run that from a RCD. If you don't have an RCD in your board, use a powerbreaker spur (outside of the bathroom): http://www.screwfix.com/prods/14770/Electrical/RCDs/Powerbreaker-13A-RCD-FCU
Thanks Jimbo. there is a fused spur outside the bathroom which operates the radiator so suppose the timed fuse spur will just replace it
